A social science blog on food
This blog is my field notebook, it describes my experiences and reflections on alimentation-s in a more immediate and freer way. Articles are published in English or French depending on the country of fieldwork. Their aim is to make accessible to a wide audience the understanding of food systems and eating habits, derived from the complex relationship between human cultures, their environments and their alimentation. The prism is socio-anthropological, but shows the diversity of the dimensions of food, cultural, social, nutritional, environmental and economic.
